SC / ST Welfare Committee
The Committee is delegated with the duties of protecting the interests of SC/ST Students of our College vigilantly., the rights of SC/ST Students of SAC Women’s College , Cumbum.
Objectives
- To counsel and guide SC/ ST students and help them to manage academic and personal issues of college life effectively.
- To ensure provision of an environment where all such students feel safe and secure.
- To provide the mechanism to redress the grievance of SC/ST students, if any
- To arrange for special opportunities to enhance the career growth
- To create awareness among SC/ST students regarding various scholarships program of State Govt. and UGC.
- To meet on a regular basis and discuss and assess the need as well as the nature and type of activities for the protection and development of such students.
